# Manage Fund Portal Users and Invitations

> View all Fund Portal users in your organisation and invite new team members with the appropriate role from the Users section.

The **Users** section lists everyone who has access to the Fund Portal in your firm. You can see each person's name, email address, role, and the date they joined. From here you can also invite new team members.

<Note>
  The Users section is visible to users with the **Firm Admin** or **Organisation Admin** roles. If you do not see Users in the sidebar, your current role does not include access to this section. See [Roles and Access](/fund-portal/roles-and-access) for details.
</Note>

## The Users table

The table shows one row per Fund Portal user. Columns include:

## Changing a user's role or organisation access

Right-click any user row (or click the context menu **⋯** icon) to see the available actions:

* **Role** — select a new role from the radio list. Some transitions (such as promoting a user to Firm Administrator) show a confirmation dialog because they affect access across multiple organisations or firms.
* **Access** — tick or untick individual organisations to adjust which data the user can see.
* **Reset MFA** — removes the user's multi-factor authentication enrollment so they can set it up again on next login.
* **Reinvite user** — resends the invitation email to a user who has been invited but has not yet signed in. This action only appears for pending users (those with an empty **Last login**); once a user has logged in for the first time it is no longer available.
* **Remove user…** — removes the user from the firm or organisation after confirmation.

Changes to organisation access take effect immediately; role changes may take a few seconds to propagate.aps
