# Sign In and Complete Verification on Centi

> Sign in to the Centi Investor Portal with your email, then, if required by your organisation, complete KYC identity verification before you can subscribe to subscribe to any offers.

Before you can view your equity holdings or respond to an offer, you need to sign in to the Centi Investor Portal and — depending on your organisations settings — complete an identity or business verification step. This page walks you through the full onboarding flow from invitation email to a verified account.

## Receiving your invitation

Centi sends you an invitation when an offer is created for you inside the Fund Portal. Centi delivers the invitation to the email address associated with your shareholder record. The email contains a direct link to the Investor Portal — click it to go straight to the sign-in screen.

<Tip>
  Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the invitation within a few minutes of the expected send time.
</Tip>

## Signing in

Centi uses email-based authentication.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the sign-in screen">
    Click the link in your invitation email, or navigate to the Investor Portal URL your fund manager provided.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your email address and set a password">
    Type the email address to which the invitation was sent, add a password and follow the on-screen prompts to receive and enter a one-time code to your phone number.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Consent screen

On your first sign-in you will be shown a consent screen that describes how Centi processes and stores your personal information. Read the terms and click **Confirm** to proceed. You will not be shown this screen on subsequent sign-ins unless the terms change.

## Completing KYC verification

If your organisation has enabled identity verification for your organisation, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before you can subscribe to an offer.

The verification is powered by ComplyCube and requires you to upload a government-issued identity document. See [KYC Verification](/investor-portal/kyc-verification) for a step-by-step guide.

## Completing KYB verification

If you are investing through a holding company or other business vehicle, your fund manager may require KYB (Know Your Business) verification in addition to personal KYC.

See [KYB Verification](/investor-portal/kyb-verification) for details on the documents required and how to submit them.
