Who uses the Investor Portal
If you work at a portfolio company and your fund manager has granted you an equity position or invited you to participate in a share program, you access Centi through the Investor Portal. You carry the Investor role, which gives you a personalised view of your own holdings — you cannot see other investors’ positions or manage the fund itself. Your fund manager operates the separate Fund Portal, where they create equity programs, issue securities, send offers, and publish valuations. Everything they configure there is reflected in your Investor Portal in real time. How access works
Access to the Investor Portal is invitation-driven. Your fund manager creates an offer for you inside the Fund Portal and Centi sends you an invitation email with a direct link to the portal. Clicking that link takes you to the sign-in screen, where you authenticate with the same email address the invitation was sent to. You do not need to create an account in advance. If you have not received an invitation email, ask your fund manager or the operations team at your company to check that the correct email address is recorded against your shareholder record.
