Before you can view your equity holdings or respond to an offer, you need to sign in to the Centi Investor Portal and — depending on your fund manager’s settings — complete an identity or business verification step. This page walks you through the full onboarding flow from invitation email to a verified account.

Receiving your invitation

Your fund manager sends you an invitation when they create an offer for you inside the Fund Portal. Centi delivers the invitation to the email address associated with your shareholder record. The email contains a direct link to the Investor Portal — click it to go straight to the sign-in screen.
Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the invitation within a few minutes of the expected send time. Add no-reply@gocenti.com to your contacts to ensure future emails are delivered.

Signing in

Centi uses email-based authentication. You do not need to set a password in advance.
1

Open the sign-in screen

Click the link in your invitation email, or navigate to the Investor Portal URL your fund manager provided.
2

Enter your email address

Type the email address to which the invitation was sent and follow the on-screen prompts to receive and enter a one-time code.
3

Confirm your identity

Centi verifies that your email matches an active investor record. If the check passes, you are taken to your home page.
If you see an error after entering your email, your address may not yet be associated with an investor record. Contact your fund manager or write to operations@gocenti.com for help.
On your first sign-in you will be shown a consent screen that describes how Centi processes and stores your personal information. Read the terms and click Confirm to proceed. You will not be shown this screen on subsequent sign-ins unless the terms change.

Completing KYC verification

If your fund manager has enabled identity verification for your organisation, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before you can subscribe to an offer. Centi will display an Identity verification request banner on your home page and redirect you to the verification flow when you open an offer. The verification is powered by ComplyCube and requires you to upload a government-issued identity document. See KYC Verification for a step-by-step guide.
If you attempt to open an offer while KYC is still pending, Centi automatically redirects you to the verification flow. Once your verification is approved, you are sent back to the offer.

Completing KYB verification

If you are investing through a holding company or other business vehicle, your fund manager may require KYB (Know Your Business) verification in addition to personal KYC. When KYB is required, Centi shows an Investment vehicle verification request banner on your home page alongside a prompt to upload your company documents. See KYB Verification for details on the documents required and how to submit them.

Updating your profile
