What is a stakeholder?
In Centi, a stakeholder is any party that holds, or has held, securities issued by a company in your organisation. Stakeholders fall into two categories:| Type | Description |

| Individual | An individual who holds securities directly under their own name. |
| Investment vehicle | A holding company through which an individual holds securities. |
Navigating to Stakeholders
Select your organisation from the sidebar, then click Stakeholders in the left navigation.The Individual Stakeholders list
The individual stakeholders list shows every manager associated with your organisation. Each row displays:- Name — the manager’s full name, linking to their individual detail page.
- Investment vehicle — any holding companies linked to this manager, each linking to the vehicle’s detail page.
- Email — the manager’s email address with a one-click copy button.
- Ownership status — whether the manager currently holds securities (
Active) or currently does not hold any (Inactive). - Programs — the equity programs this individual participates in.
- Country of residence — the individual’s registered country.
- Last login — when the manager last signed in to the Investor Portal.
Filtering by ownership status
Use the Active / Inactive / All dropdown at the top-left of the list to narrow the view:- Active (default) — shows stakeholders with at least one active security block.
- Inactive — shows stakeholders whose holdings have all been transferred or cancelled.
- All — shows every stakeholder regardless of status.
