The Stakeholders section gives you a unified view of everyone who holds or has held securities in your organisation — both the individuals who own shares directly and the investment vehicles (holding companies) they use. From here you can browse ownership status, jump to a stakeholder’s detail page, and copy email addresses for bulk outreach.

What is a stakeholder?

In Centi, a stakeholder is any party that holds, or has held, securities issued by a company in your organisation. Stakeholders fall into two categories:
TypeDescription
IndividualAn individual who holds securities directly under their own name.
Investment vehicleA holding company through which an individual holds securities.
Select your organisation from the sidebar, then click Stakeholders in the left navigation.

The Individual Stakeholders list

The individual stakeholders list shows every manager associated with your organisation. Each row displays:
  • Name — the manager’s full name, linking to their individual detail page.
  • Investment vehicle — any holding companies linked to this manager, each linking to the vehicle’s detail page.
  • Email — the manager’s email address with a one-click copy button.
  • Ownership status — whether the manager currently holds securities (Active) or currently does not hold any (Inactive).
  • Programs — the equity programs this individual participates in.
  • Country of residence — the individual’s registered country.
  • Last login — when the manager last signed in to the Investor Portal.

Filtering by ownership status

Use the Active / Inactive / All dropdown at the top-left of the list to narrow the view:
  • Active (default) — shows stakeholders with at least one active security block.
  • Inactive — shows stakeholders whose holdings have all been transferred or cancelled.
  • All — shows every stakeholder regardless of status.
You can layer additional filters on top using the filter bar — for example, filtering by name, email, country of residence, investment vehicle, or program.

Send stakeholder communication

To send emails to stakeholders you can copy email addresses in bulk by clicking Copy emails in the toolbar. Centi copies every email address currently visible in the filtered list to your clipboard, ready to paste into your email client.

Exporting the list

Click Export in the toolbar to download an Excel file containing all stakeholders currently shown after filters are applied.

Stakeholder detail pages

Click any name in either list to open the stakeholder’s detail page. From there you can view contact information, associated securities and programs, KYC status, and Power of Attorney documents.
