The Users section is visible to users with the Firm Admin or Organisation Admin roles. If you do not see Users in the sidebar, your current role does not include access to this section. See Roles and Access for details.

Investment Professional
Investment Professional

Finance

Focused on financial data, transactions, and reporting.
Organisation Administrator
Organisation Administrator
Full access to a single organisation’s settings and data. Can invite users and manage access within their organisation.
Firm Administrator
Firm Administrator
Full administrative access across all organisations in the firm. Can change roles, manage access, and remove users.
Inviting a new user
Open the Invite dialog
Click the Invite button in the top-right of the Users section to open the invitation form.
Enter the email address
Type the new user’s email address into the Email field. As you type, Centi searches for existing users in your firm who match the address. If a match is found, select them from the list to add them to an additional organisation or change their role. If no match is found, select Invite new user to create a new account.
Fill in the name (new users only)
If you are inviting a brand-new user — one who does not already have an account — enter their First name and Last name.
Select a role
Choose the role that matches this person’s responsibilities. The available roles depend on your own permission level — Organisation Administrators cannot assign the Firm Administrator role.
Select organisation access
Choose which organisations the user can access. If you assign the Firm Administrator role, access to all organisations is granted automatically.
Changing a user’s role or organisation access
Right-click any user row (or click the context menu ⋯ icon) to see the available actions:- Role — select a new role from the radio list. Some transitions (such as promoting a user to Firm Administrator) show a confirmation dialog because they affect access across multiple organisations or firms.
- Access — tick or untick individual organisations to adjust which data the user can see.
- Reset MFA — removes the user’s multi-factor authentication enrollment so they can set it up again on next login.
- Remove user… — removes the user from the firm or organisation after confirmation.
